Monday 1-16-12 Workout

My diet went almost as planned. I had a burmese style dinner instead of my salad and brown rice, I combined my tuna with the Burmese noodles and sauce. I definitely added a few extra carbs today, but I’ll be adding in a few more carbs in a week with my triathlon training that I will start soon.

Workout

Brick Training bike and run – I’m getting ready for Triathlon training.

-15 mins biking at a fast, but steady pace + 9 minutes to run a mile = 3 times non-stop for a total of a 75 min tiring cardio workout. I realized my ankle is still sore, so I’m going to take it a bit easy until I can be 100%.

I’m getting ready and in shape to begin my triathlon training. My diet and workouts will change very soon. The goods news is that I’ll be able to eat just about anything, the bad news is that I will become weaker via weight-training, but I my 8pack goal is will still be on track! I’ll provide an update soon showing how my diet and timings will change!
